Ferma cu Origini (Website)

In 2015, we rebuilt the farm in Horești, Ialoveni district and opened our dairy production. Today we have about 1200+ animals, of which 800 cows and milking Buffaloes. Our cows are purebred, with pedigree (Holstein Friesian), and we raise them in free stabulation. That is, we grow them on the farm free, unbound, in semi-open shelters. We know that they are the essential part of the success of any dairy farm. The feed needed for the food ration is harvested from our own agricultural land, which allows us to control and guarantee absolutely everything related to our dairy, starting with cereals, oilseeds and hay grown on 2000+ ha, with which we provide 90% of the cows ' feed. Proper care and balanced food ration of each cow ensure the high quality and special taste of the final product. We use an exclusively automated milking system for cows,thus managing to obtain a diverse line of natural dairy products, the basis of which we have combined the best traditions and modern technologies. We ensure the correct collection, storage and transportation of milk. The human factor is excluded, so milk does not come into contact with air from the moment of milking until production.

We produce natural dairy products, combining the best traditions and modern technology. The fact that we have the entire production chain – from the field to the table, is a great advantage. We produce over 40 types of soft, semi-hard and hard cheeses. The taste palette of cheeses is so diverse that any gourmet can choose for himself the right “shade”, from spicy-salty to sweet-sweet.
